Goals Setting

What is Goals?
Something that we want to archive

Long Term Goals
Ø The goals that need time to be archived. It can not be done in this week or year. It requires a lot of time and needs to do some planning.
Ø For example, To be an accountant

Short Term Goals.
ü The goals that need a short time to archive within a week or year.
For instance, to get 4 flat in every semester.

Academic Goals
Ø The goals to archive a good mark in education
For example, to be a vice chancellor in University or getting good results in any subjects

Personal Goals
Ø The goals that satisfied and benefits us.
For example, to achieve ambition or to make parents proud of us.

COURSE:  Diploma Of Accountancy (AC110)

STEP 1: Tentative Goal Statement:
Ø I want to be a calibre accountant who can help  others people and be useful to country
STEP 2: List of Obstacles:

1. To Complete the Diploma/Degree/ACCA

2. There are  a lot of Competitors


3. Lack of soft skill
4. Lack of confident
5. A lot of assignments/task



STEP 3: List of Resources:

1. Tips from Lecturer
2. Support from Family
3. Activity from Club
4. Advice from Best Friends
5. Helps from Friends
   STEP 4: List Your Motivation:  
Stay Positive !! work hard!! and make it happen
Keep in Faith and trust your ability
Winners Don’t wait for a chance, They take them.
   STEP 5: Revised Goal Statement:
Ø I want to be a calibre accountant who can be useful to the country by overcoming all the obstacles with getting help from my resources.


Steps to Accomplish my Goal:

1.  Study hard and complete the Diploma on time.
2. Gain Softskills as many as I can for better future.
3. Gain the confident by joining many activities club.
4. To be a Dean in the university by gaining 4 flat in all main subject in every semester.
5. Compete with others competitors and be the best among the best.
